To search for an active license, registration, and certification - you will need to enter the practice home state to search; it will default to Oklahoma (OK)
FOR THE VERIFICATION OF A LICENSE
To obtain an official license verification - you may pay the $20 fee through the online store (located on the Home page - Online Store), there is a fee of $2.70 for web and credit card fees. Once we receive the fee a verification will processed and it will be emailed or mailed (postal) to the state or jurisdiction you specify. For all new graduates the fee will be waived but you must contact the board office to request a verification and remind us you are a new graduate and the fee will be $0.00.
